Day Thirty-Seven: Contact

Today my is recovering after almost a week of being sick. She is bright eyed and alert. She also has a cough and is sleeping plenty. Her favorite place to sleep right now is my arms.

She sleeps in other places today- her bouncer placed in the steamy bathroom, her stroller after a walk. But she won’t want to sleep in my arms forever. So she’s been taking contact naps in our bed after a feeding or on our couch while I rewatch shows from the early two thousands. I‘m trying to get those baby snugs in while I can.
